The place is ideal for families and friends to have relaxing time.
We request you to understand that this is a farm stay/Home Stay. Comparing it with a hotel or a resort will not be a right comparison.
We reserve right to cancel the booking in case the payment process is not completed within 24 hours of reserving the accommodation.
100% charges will be applicable in case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival date.
No charges will be applicable for cancellation before 7 days of arrival date.

One time date change, within 3 months (on availability), will be offered in case of unprecedented circumstances namely: Poor health, political instability or unstable weather conditions with no additional charges.
You have ample opportunities to participate in farm activities, contribute by showcasing your skills in uplifting the landscape or aesthetics of the farm, take a walk near the jungle, bird watching, play games, read, celebrate life with friends or simply have your drink in peace.
Please wear shoes when you wish to take a walk. Dusting off the shoes before entering the rooms will keep the rooms clean as we clean the rooms once a day.
Going out in the jungle after 10:00 p.m is not permissible.
Usually we do not have mosquitoes. However, depending upon the season, application of mosquito repellent might feel beneficial while venturing out.
Please do not play loud music in the rooms or outside beyond 11:00 p.m. We have a provision of playing soothing music at the premises.
Using foul language or talking loudly on phone or otherwise affects the tranquility of the natural space and disturbs the fellow guests. Therefore, we request you to make an environment suitable for everyone to enjoy along with you.
Our staff is our family. They might be devoid of urban mannerism, but they are down to earth simple self respecting people. Please treat them like a fellow human being. This will help all of us stay upbeat and serve you best.
We request you not to litter the place with plastic, liquor bottles, wrappers earbuds or cigarette buds. Please use the dustbins provided in each room and in common areas. If possible, it will be a great service to nature if you can carry back your plastic waste (You can ask us to provide you with spare garbage bags for the purpose).
Our kitchen starts at 7:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM. If you need food beyond these timings then we can leave the food in your room and you can have it as per your convenience.
Any damages caused to the property by guests is charged on actuals to the guests. Plucking of flowers/leaves and/or vegetables are strictly prohibited.
The rooms are cleaned once a day and linen is changed once every 4 days.
We have WIFI connection that is good enough to browse through your social media and/or attend meetings.
No Bon-fire ( chargeable at additional cost) and service of staff beyond 10:30 p.m.
We can provide accommodation to drivers upon prior intimation and with an additional cost.
